How you can pay ?
You can use Paypal, debit card, credit card booking to room. When you reservation to room you will get secret code when you move in , everything is ok, you can pass to code owner can be paid 1st rent, you can pay your deposit directly from owner, don't forget to get receipt and contract copy.

1. Create your account & add your property Sign up on StudentsBooking.com and go to “Add Listing”. Fill in the basic details: property type, address, room type, monthly price, bills included or not. 2. Complete the details Add a clear title (e.g. “Bright room near university, all bills included”). Write a short description: size, furniture, rules (no smoking, no pets, etc.), who it’s ideal for (Erasmus, long stay, etc.). Set availability dates and minimum stay. 3. Upload your photos Upload minimum 10 high-quality, recent photos. How Bookings Work (Tenants & Owners – Step by Step)
1. Tenants search & send a request Students/tenants search by city, dates and budget. They see your listing, read your description and look at your photos. They send you a booking request or use Instant Booking (if you activate it). You receive a notification by email / dashboard. 2. You review and accept Check the tenant’s profile and message. Ask any questions through the secure chat if needed. Click Accept or Decline the request. When you accept, the tenant pays the first month’s rent + booking fee safely on the platform. 3. Move-in & payment to you You sign the rental contract with the tenant and hand over the keys. The tenant confirms check-in / provides their secure payment code. StudentsBooking transfers the rent to your bank account within 48 hours of confirmed arrival, minus our small service fee. ✅ We only charge a fee after your property is rented – never before.
