How Bookings Work (Tenants & Owners – Step by Step)

1. Tenants search & send a request Students/tenants search by city, dates and budget. They see your listing, read your description and look at your photos. They send you a booking request or use Instant Booking (if you activate it). You receive a notification by email / dashboard. 2. You review and accept Check the tenant’s profile and message. Ask any questions through the secure chat if needed. Click Accept or Decline the request. When you accept, the tenant pays the first month’s rent + booking fee safely on the platform. 3.
