Description

The flat is 4 min away from FGC Gràcia/Sant Gervasi. Good connection with busses, D40, 27, V15... and metro L3 Fontana is 7 min away.

We're two 24-year-old girls, one is job hunting and the other is starting a PhD in September. We'd like to find someone who connects with us and bond rather than someone who only says hello when we meet in the hallway.

There's a video linked for you to see how the room looks like. It's the 3rd room shown. We switched the table for a more decent one and we changed the distribution of the living room and the kitchen shelf as well.

The room is available from August 1st, and even if you can't move in until September, you still must pay that month as it's what the contract states.
