Dwight House is a 7-bedroom home with 17 beds, 1 kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a living room, co-working space, dining area that is shared by all tenants of Dwight House.





Located near Downtown Berkeley and quick Bart access to reach the rest of the Bay Area and all that it offers. It is 4 blocks from UC Berkeley. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, and groceries are close by!

Our home is designed to offer private spaces without the loss of a sense of community. It is located near downtown Berkeley and quick Bart access to reach the rest of the Bay Area and all that it offers.





APARTMENT AMENITIES





Furnished with modern furniture, and upscale features with custom finishing. We offer WiFi, high-speed internet and a flat-screen TV with Roku, complimentary Netflix and streaming services. Utility fee covers electricity and gas, water, heat, trash removal, sewer, complete kitchen, dining, and bathroom amenities, administrative service fees, apartment association fees, apartment maintenance, and more. We can change the furniture and bed layout based on your needs for an additional cost.





BEDROOMS





Our bedrooms include beds, linen sets, lamps, dressers, hangers, side tables, and walk-in closets.





LIVING ROOM





Our tastefully decorated spacious living room includes cable ready TV with stand and a sofa/sofa bed, laptop-friendly stations great for reading or hanging out with friends.





KITCHEN





Our fully equipped kitchen has granite/quartz countertops, modern tiling, a coffee maker, a rice cooker, complete cookware, cooking utensils, complete dinnerware set, gas stove, microwave, and fridge.





BATHROOM





Our bathroom has modern tiling and we provide linens, towels, and bathroom essentials.





All tenants have access to the first-floor living room/community space, the three bathrooms, co-working space/study area.





To add, tenants can enjoy access to a shared kitchen on each floor, fully equipped with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, coffeemaker, rice cooker and other essentials.





In our kitchen, we also provide plates, bowls, pots, pans, flatware and cooking utensils for our tenants' use.





We also offer a shared living room/community space with TV, a co-working area, dining areas, study areas, and a living space for socializing.





Our Living and Workspace can transition from a peaceful and quiet space to read a book or write a paper to a fun place to chat, play cards, or watch a movie with friends!





A few things to note when staying with us for more than one month:





- A subtenancy agreement, renter's insurance agreement (for long-term stays) must be signed before check-in





- All tenants must provide rental application details, renter's insurance, and copy of government-issued ID





Our homes are available for booking on a 14-day minimum rental period.

It is close to downtown Berkeley where you can shop, go to theatres and just a 10-minute walk to the UC Berkeley campus. Hop on the BART to visit San Francisco and other parts of the Bay Area.
