Additional Info: This house is beautiful, clean and organized with lots of sunlight! I have decorated it tastefully with artwork, plants and quality furniture so I'm looking for a respectful roommate who takes pride in their living environment. I have upgraded the kitchen and installed white granite countertops and a new facet and the kitchen as well as the rest of the house come fully equipped with everything you need! You only need to furnish your room, however I have a very expensive mattress you could have! The backyard is fully fenced and there are two parking spaces (they're currently rented but we can work out it out if you need one). The neighborhood is beautiful, literal steps to a massive park, great patios, grocery store(s) and a gym. The 63 runs every 2 minutes south and north... Ossington station is a 5 minute walk or few mins by bus so getting around the city is EASY!


I'm extremely passionate about sports, history and food and love to keep positive energy around me at all times. I'm a streamer who advocates for mental health, you'll rarely see me around the house but if you do it'll probably be in passing coming or going.
