Hello! I am looking for someone to sublet our place until our lease ends at the end of November 2021. We would ideally like to find someone to move in at the beginning of December 2020, but are flexible with the move-in date. The monthly rent includes valet trash, cable, internet.




The apartment has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and is 1,101 sq ft. It will be unfurnished. It has a separate laundry room with washer and dryer included. The kitchen comes with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There’s a lovely balcony overlooking the dog park.




This apartment, right off of Metric Blvd, is conveniently located in North Austin, near the Domain. It’s an easy ~20 min drive to downtown.




We’ve loved living here. The management is friendly and very helpful. The apartment community is pet-friendly, including big dogs. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions.
