Two bedrooms available, $650-675/month plus utilities. Rent covers landscaping care and basic housekeeping service. Washer and dryer in attached garage. I have chickens that you are more than welcome to enjoy organic eggs from. There is a small dog named Falkor and a cat named Doom. There is a 2nd garage space for anyone interested in having a space for art or projects. Move in is 12/1 or January sometime. I can wait a bit to find the right fit.


I work in a pediatric clinic at the nearby Dell Children’s hospital with a vulnerable population, so I am hoping to find housemate(s) that are taking this pandemic seriously and share behavior that keeps as many people safe as possible. My recent housemate had to move due to her work. The corner bedroom was being used as an office, so it may be possible for one housemate to take both rooms and do something similar. I would like to live with people that are friendly and sociable, but that understand that socializing outside the home during the pandemic is to be taken seriously and take precautionary measures. I like to make dinner to share with my housemates sometimes. In general, I’d like my home to feel like a little community that enjoys sharing space together.
