Hi everyone! I’m moving out of my student house and I was wondering if any of you would like to take over the contract? The house is in Kensal Green (north west London- 10 minutes from Notting Hill) for £631 pcm (bills not included)


The room comes furnished with a queen size bed, large wardrobe with a mirror door and a chest of drawers.


The location is super convenient. It’s only a 5 minute walk from Kensal Green station (Bakerloo/overground) which can get you to Euston station in 10 minutes. It’s also 3 minutes from a Tesco Express on Chamberlayne Road, which has a large gym and many cute independent cafes and shops. It’s also only 7 minutes walk from the big Sainsbury’s on Ladbroke Grove.


The house has a large kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, plus all the pots, pans, cutlery, plates mugs etc you could ever need. There are 4 bathrooms in total, a lounge area, and a small terrace/garden.


You’d be living with 3 friendly, hard-working students at UCL/KCL- two boys (21 and 22) and one girl (21)- all are in third year
