Se alquilan fantásticas habitaciones muy luminosas y full equipadas en edificio con portero físico y piscina; en la espectacular y muy demandada zona de Mendez Alvaro, a escasos metros de la estación de Atocha (la más importante estación de España). Esta es una zona muy tranquila y residencial, ideal para trabajadores y estudiantes debido a las empresas e institutos a su alrededor y debido también a su excelente comunicación con todo Madrid.









Los precios a continuación incluyen gastos de luz, agua, gas, comunidad, wifi, netflix (cuenta de Netflix gratuita proporcionada por el propietario) y limpieza una vez por semana.









- Tres habitaciones pequeñas (entre 500 y 550 euros dependiendo de cual se escoja): Cama individual con mesita de noche, armario, escritorio con silla y lampara, smart tv con servicio de Netflix incluido, nevera con congelador (ideal para cuidar alimentos propios en época de COVID), perchero con estantes para colgar y almacenar toallas, abrigos u otros, cesta de ropa sucia, cesta de basura, ventanal con muchísima iluminación. Todo completamente nuevo.









- Primera habitación grande (570 euros): Cama individual con mesita de noche, dos armarios, mueble de televisor con muchos compartimientos, escritorio con silla y lampara, smart tv con servicio de Netflix incluido, nevera con congelador (ideal para cuidar alimentos propios en época de COVID), perchero con estantes para colgar y almacenar toallas, abrigos u otros, cesta de ropa sucia, cesta de basura, ventanal con muchísima iluminación. Todo completamente nuevo.









- Segunda habitación grande (600 euros): Cama doble con mesita de noche, armario, espejo grande, escritorio con silla y lampara, smart tv con servicio de Netflix incluido, nevera con congelador (ideal para cuidar alimentos propios en época de COVID), perchero con estantes para colgar y almacenar toallas, abrigos u otros, cesta de ropa sucia, cesta de basura, increíble ventanal con muchísima iluminación. Todo completamente nuevo.









- Cocina equipada con nevera, refrigerador, lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas, horno, vitro cerámica, mesa para comer, todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios, etc.









- Dos Baños con ducha, bañera, mueble de baño con compartimientos, inodoro, cesta de basura, etc.









- Amplio salón con sofá, silla, mesa, mueble de tv con smart TV con Netflix, YouTube, entre otros incluido y armario.









El piso también cuenta con todo lo necesario para limpieza, ademas de plancha, mesa de planchar y tendedero.









Piso tranquilo para estudiantes o trabajadores, con muy buen ambiente y convivencia. Con paradas de bus y metro apenas sales del edificio. Zona muy tranquila con comercios, empresas, restaurantes, etc.

How Bookings Work (Tenants & Owners – Step by Step)
1. Tenants search & send a request Students/tenants search by city, dates and budget. They see your listing, read your description and look at your photos. They send you a booking request or use Instant Booking (if you activate it). You receive a notification by email / dashboard. 2. You review and accept Check the tenant’s profile and message. Ask any questions through the secure chat if needed. Click Accept or Decline the request. When you accept, the tenant pays the first month’s rent + booking fee safely on the platform. 3. Move-in & payment to you You sign the rental contract with the tenant and hand over the keys. The tenant confirms check-in / provides their secure payment code.
