Hallo Leute! I’m helping my friend sublet his flat in Schillerkiez. I’ve lived there before, and I’d absolutely recommend it. It’s a 58m² 1-bedroom flat on Leinestr, one block away from the east entrance of Tempelhoferfeld. Available for long term, starting December 1st. 700€ all in. Very furnished (everything you see in the pictures will be in the flat). Big windows, great natural light. A subtle plus, but I really liked the aesthetic of the concrete wall. Hinterhaus. Peaceful flat (especially with the double layer windows that kept out airplane-takeoff-sounds not too long ago), peaceful street, peaceful neighborhood. But for me, the greatest joy was living a 1-minute walk from Tempelhoferfeld.
