Hey, guys, I am Sara and I have a beautiful room available in a luscious Jungle apartment in Fshain, which I share with my dog: Ea!



I am an architect, I work from home and I am looking for a kind, soft natured person, in their early 30s, male or female who would like to move in with me. It would be perfect if you are specifically looking for a safe, homey atmosphere. Even better if you like plants and animals.



The flat is located between Frankfurter Allee and Ostkreutz, on the Ring. Amazing location.



The apartment is bright and really sunny.



I love to cook, listen to music, DJ, sing, and am very social.



I host many dinners here, and little get-togethers with friends.



I am looking for someone clean, preferably employed or having their own business, who doesn't carry the "yours or mine" mentality.



I cook often and like to share my food. I am a healthy omnivore but I mostly cook vegetarian. I am not a clean freak but I like my place neat.



This is not a party place, although occasionally it's ok to have some fun with friends.



It is a no-smoking flat.



I am flexible with the rental commitment. We can agree on a month-to-month basis for now. If it works, you can stay longer.



NO LONG TERM COMMITMENT, PREFERABLY 2-3 MONTHS.
