Are you looking for a room in the center of Norrebro? I’ll be moving out of mine, so maybe this is interesting for you!


The room is about 13 square meters and has a little balcony which is really nice, especially in the summer. We are on the fifth floor so you will actually get a lot of sunlight. All amenities are around the corner, so a Netto is right downstairs and a small Fotex supermarket is only two minutes away. A bus stop is right in front of the house and the next Metro station (M3 - Skjolds Plads) is 4-6 minutes away. We are also having a closed backyard which you can of course use to park your bike! I will rent the room with furniture so you would already have a bed, desk and cabinet. Unfortunately not the brown sideboard which I am going to take with me.


I am planning to move out at some point between the 20th of May and the 1st of June. So I am fairly flexible with the move-in date as long as it is before the 1st of June.


Some more facts about the place. You’ll be living together with Laura, Julia and Niklas. Laura started her master studies in Copenhagen in 2020 and is about to finish. She has actually handed in her thesis already and has recently enjoyed one or another wine tasting in Copenhagen - well deserved ???? In her free time, Laura likes to cook or go out with friends to explore all the food places in Copenhagen. So she can definitely give you some advice if you are not sure where to go to. Julia has only recently moved in with us - she is still here, so we take this as a good sign! Julia is doing an internship in a pharmaceutical laboratory here in Copenhagen. She is really into drawing which we were lucky to witness first-hand - it’s very beautiful! Apart from that she has already explored nearby Faelledparken for some Yoga. Last but not least, you’ll be living with my very good friend Niklas who is currently in his second master year at CBS. He is ambitiously training for a triathlon at the end of June, but let’s hope that no more parties are crossing his way! Anyway, he’s a sport enthusiast and will always be down to go for a run or bike session.


We actually really enjoy spending time together may that be in cooking sessions, movie nights or activities that take you outside once in a while. To keep that spirit going, the other three are searching for someone that is willing to share this kind of lifestyle with them. That having said, of course we are very respectful and totally accept if you want to have some time for yourself.


The flat actually has almost everything one could wish for. First and foremost, we share a large living room with a couch and table which is perfect to spend some time together. Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are also all included.


The price for the room is 6.500 kr. + 65kr internet per month + 500kr electricity for four months (the final price is depending on the season, so it will be more expensive in winter)


The price for the furniture in the room is negotiable.
