APARTMENT: 70m2, fully equipped, spacious, sunny balcony and shared garden. You will have your own fully furnished room and it comes with everything included as per pictures below. Other spaces are shared with two guys and a small clean dog who does not leave hair.


LOCATION: 5min walk from Trudering U/S-bahn, first zone (M), center/Marienplatz is about 15 min away. Gym Fitstar is in front, as all other facilities are just around the corner.
