We have 2 private bedrooms available with a shared private bathroom. The first room is available from June 4th, and the other bedroom available from July 1st.


We have the 3rd floor of our large and historic family home available for 2 students. This floor boasts two private bedrooms of 10sqm. The bedrooms offer a comfortable single bed, a working desk, a wardrobe, a small seating area and a private bathroom for the top floor residents. The shared hallway offers a diner/study table as well as a fridge and microwave. Rent for the private bedrooms with private bathroom and shared use of common areas: € 675,- inclusive of bills & taxes per bedroom. This includes electricity, heating, water, wifi & cleaning. You will have access to a washing machine and dryer. Bed linen and towels are included.


Would you like to enjoy the company of other internationals in a shared apartment during your stay in Rotterdam? Co-living is the way! After a hard day’s work or study you will enjoy withdrawing into your own comfortable room. Public transport nearby. Conveniently situated near major public transportation, it is only a 20 minute bike ride from downtown Rotterdam, to the Erasmus University and even less to the Hogeschool Rotterdam/Codarts or the business centre of Rotterdam.


The rooms are located in our magnificent old townhouse in Delfshaven on the Heemraadssingel Park. We are a family of 6 living in this house for almost 25 years now and looking to give 2 young international students a home away from home.


In this area there are many bars, restaurants and cafes to meet with friends as well as plenty of shops. The already world famous recently opened Depot of Boymans van Beuningen Art museum is about 5 min walking. We are only 7min walk from metro Coolhaven, various bus & tram lines, and 10m only walk to Rotterdam Central Station. You will get around very easily.
