The space


Our space is a 1200 sq ft unit with multiple large window in the main common areas, allowing plenty of sunlight for this apartment. This multi apartment building was originally built in 1959 with plenty of recent updates.





There is an extremely comfortable queen bed in the private bedroom which can fit two people. There is a TV with Netflix in the living room!





The bathroom is a nice size with a stand-up shower and tub.





Beautiful hardwood floors throughout this huge living room area and also a large modern kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and an island that can comfortably seat 2. There is a large dining area with marble dining table and comfy seat to sit and enjoy your meals. Plates, pots, pans and everything essential you require for a kitchen is provided.





Living room has a beautiful, comfy blue velvet couch and features a large TV with Netflix.





We’ve taken safety and cleanliness as a major priority. We have wired in carbon monoxide/smoke detectors throughout the building and an auto locking door.
