El precio de alquiler de la habitación son 200€/mes gastos aparte, excepto la habitación amarilla grande que son 220€/mes gastos aparte.


La vivienda se encuentra situada a 5 minutos de la universidad de filosofía y letras, económicas, industriales, educación,... (campus de la uva), y a 10 minutos del centro. La vivienda se encuentra en buenas condiciones (cocina recién reformada, con menaje de cocina y electrodomésticos(lavadora, frigorífico, lavavajillas, vitrocerámica, horno eléctrico, horno microondas, batidora, aspirador, plancha, tv), teléfono, Internet, calefacción individual, tendedero interior y exterior.. Las habitaciones con cerraduras independientes están amuebladas, cama(con sabanas, mantas, etc), juego de toallas, armario, mesa de estudio con lámpara, …

How Bookings Work (Tenants & Owners – Step by Step)
1. Tenants search & send a request Students/tenants search by city, dates and budget. They see your listing, read your description and look at your photos. They send you a booking request or use Instant Booking (if you activate it). You receive a notification by email / dashboard. 2. You review and accept Check the tenant’s profile and message. Ask any questions through the secure chat if needed. Click Accept or Decline the request. When you accept, the tenant pays the first month’s rent + booking fee safely on the platform. 3. Move-in & payment to you You sign the rental contract with the tenant and hand over the keys. The tenant confirms check-in / provides their secure payment code. StudentsBooking transfers the rent to your bank account within 48 hours of confirmed arrival, minus our small service fee. ✅ We only charge a fee after your property is rented – never before.
