The house: 155 m², freshly renovated, with a private courtyard without neighbors where you can enjoy the sunny days ????.



The room: 8m²—small but functional!



The perks: 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, a large kitchen for the chefs, and a 36 m² living room perfect for movie nights or drinks with friends.



Price: €700 per month, everything included (internet, utilities... ).



The neighborhood: We’re in a super quiet dead-end street, but just steps away from everything you need: bakery, supermarket, and even a great kebab spot for those lazy nights.
