Hello everyone, NO DEPOSIT and COMMISSION, BILLS ARE INCLUDED.

I would like to rent out 2 rooms in my apartment, which is 5 minutes away from the M2 metro 4. Levent station. ADRESS: ÇELİKTEPE KAĞITHANE İSTANBUL, 5 min to sapphire mall and 4 levent metro station https://maps.app.goo.gl/Q9r9tgXSWBpYXhWv9 . The first room is quite large and spacious with its own balcony. The second room is also big and has its own bathroom and toilet. Similarly, the second room also has a balcony, and you can access it directly. Both rooms can accommodate two people. The apartment also has a shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen, which you can see in the photos. There is very high-speed 1000mbps fiber internet in the house. As you can see, all rooms are furnished, and you can move in by bringing only your personal belongings. My house is located 5 minutes away from the 4. Levent metro station, in Kağıthane, Çeliktepe. The road to the house is quite flat and easy, with no hills. The neighborhood is safe and reliable.

The price for both rooms is 10,000 Turkish Liras. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a residence permit. I can rent for both short-term and long-term.

How Bookings Work (Tenants & Owners – Step by Step)
1. Tenants search & send a request Students/tenants search by city, dates and budget. They see your listing, read your description and look at your photos. They send you a booking request or use Instant Booking (if you activate it). You receive a notification by email / dashboard. 2. You review and accept Check the tenant’s profile and message. Ask any questions through the secure chat if needed. Click Accept or Decline the request. When you accept, the tenant pays the first month’s rent + booking fee safely on the platform. 3. Move-in & payment to you You sign the rental contract with the tenant and hand over the keys. The tenant confirms check-in / provides their secure payment code. StudentsBooking transfers the rent to your bank account within 48 hours of confirmed arrival, minus our small service fee. ✅ We only charge a fee after your property is rented – never before.
