Keep the front door locked at all times. If something breaks or isn’t working, let me know as soon as possible. En français : Merci de garder les espaces communs propres et rangés. Pas de bruit fort après 22h – gardons une ambiance calme. Les invité(e)s sont les bienvenu(e)s à l’occasion, mais merci de prévenir à l’avance. Il est interdit de fumer à l’intérieur de l’appartement. Merci de respecter l’espace et les affaires de chacun(e). Toujours bien fermer la porte d’entrée à clé.
