Hola, soy Carmen, alquilo una habitación individual para una sola persona en mi ático en Moncofar pueblo, yo vivo en el apartamento, 350 euros/mes incluyendo gastos si es larga estancia, y si se alquila como vacacional de verano, entonces estancias de mínimo una noche, 35e/noche y máximo 15 días, incluye gastos de luz, agua, internet y limpieza. Ático sin ruidos en edificio muy tranquilo, vistas al pueblo y montaña, y 5 minutos en coche a la playa.
