I’m looking for a male flatmate for my fully furnished 3+1 duplex apartment with a terrace in Beşiktaş Akaretler - just 10 minutes to Beşiktaş Square and Maçka Park, 4 minutes to Kartal Statue, and 2 minutes to the Akaretler cafés.
The apartment includes all essential appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, kitchenware, and high-speed internet.
The room has a bed, wardrobe, and a study desk.
The building is located on solid ground and is earthquake-resistant.
I’m a 24-year-old, clean, respectful, and easy-going person, and I’m looking for someone similar. I have previously lived in shared flats in France, Spain, and Ireland, so I’m used to flat-sharing culture.
???? Rent: 16,000 TL per person
???? No deposit required
???? All bills are included
If you’re interested, feel free to contact me:

They see your listing, read your description and look at your photos.
They send you a booking request or use Instant Booking (if you activate it).
You receive a notification by email / dashboard.
2. You review and accept

When you accept, the tenant pays the first month’s rent + booking fee safely on the platform.
