Details of the apartment
The apartment is equipped with simple furnitures: bed (90x200cm), a table and a chair, wardrobes and curtains.
Please note it is not included any smaller items like duvet/pillow, cutleries or other kitchen utensils. You must bring this or buy it from other tenants- please see the Facebook group: Anker Studentbolig- Københavngata10.
The apartment is bright and suitable for 1 person, where you have your own kitchenette and bathroom.
The kitchen contains hobs and a fridge (not oven for cooking). The bathroom is tiled with underfloor heating. The homes vary according to whether floor plan is mirrored.
There is a common laundry for residents in Københavngata 10 on the 1st floor.
There is a storage room for this apartment.

Location
Københavngata 10 is like most buildings on Grünerløkka, a well-known factory and working-class area with a venerable history.
The building has earlier on been two chocolate factories, Olaf Larsen Chocolate Factory and A. Bergene Chocolate Factory. Anker Studentbolig took over Københavngata 10 in 2012 – and in August 2013, 284 student apartments was finished.
Due to its factory history, the homes have very generous hight on the ceilings and the roof terrace has probably Oslo’s best panorama view.
There are four lifts in addition to a big goods lift that comes in handy when moving in and out.
Københavngata 10 is located at the top of Günerløkka, at Birkelunden and has a short distance to the district’s bustling public life. It is also a short distance to green areas such as the Akerselva and Sofienberg Park
