For Owners: How to Create Your Listing (Step by Step)
1. Create your account & add your property
Sign up on StudentsBooking.com and go to “Add Listing”.
Fill in the basic details: property type, address, room type, monthly price, bills included or not.
2. Complete the details
Add a clear title (e.g. “Bright room near university, all bills included”).
Write a short description: size, furniture, rules (no smoking, no pets, etc.), who it’s ideal for (Erasmus, long stay, etc.).
Set availability dates and minimum stay.
3. Upload your photos
Upload minimum 10 high-quality, recent photos.

Kitchen, bathroom, living room
View / balcony if available
Make sure photos are current and well lit – listings with good photos get more bookings.
4. Review & publish
Check that price, dates and rules are correct.
Click “Publish” – your listing goes live and can be seen by thousands of students and expats.
5. Keep your listing updated
Update photos when you make changes (new furniture, renovations, etc.).
Block dates when the room is not available to avoid wrong bookings.
