In addition to go walking to those places, there are plenty of bus lines to the entire city. If you use a bike you can keep it in a big patio inside the building. It is a quiet place full of natural light. The room is wide, there is a two-door built-in closet with a shelf to store and a chest of drawers. There is a double bed, 135cm. It includes a study/worktable and four shelves. The windows are double-glazed for a better noise and weather isolation. It is perfect to study or work at home in case you need it due to 600MB fibre optic.

How Bookings Work (Tenants & Owners – Step by Step)
1. Tenants search & send a request Students/tenants search by city, dates and budget. They see your listing, read your description and look at your photos. They send you a booking request or use Instant Booking (if you activate it). You receive a notification by email / dashboard. 2. You review and accept Check the tenant’s profile and message. Ask any questions through the secure chat if needed. Click Accept or Decline the request. When you accept, the tenant pays the first month’s rent + booking fee safely on the platform. 3. Move-in & payment to you You sign the rental contract with the tenant and hand over the keys. The tenant confirms check-in / provides their secure payment code.
