El contrato es de 10 meses, desde el 1 de septiembre 2022 hasta el 1 de julio 2023.
Somos 3 chicas estudiantes: dos italianas y una china y estaríamos interesado en encontrar alguien de otra nación para convertir nuestro piso en un lugar muy internacional donde poder conocer e interactuar con diferentes culturas!
El piso se encuentra en la Gran Plaza, Sevilla: Calle Jaime Ferranz 12, 3B 41005 Sevilla.
La casa tiene una cocina, un salón y 3 cuartos: 2 habitaciones individuales y una doble. Hay una lavadora, una nevera y dos congeladores. El salón actualmente dispone ya de aire acondicionado. Estamos en el tercer piso y tenemos acceso al azotea. El cuarto que ponemos a disposición tiene una cama individual, un armario, un escritorio, una silla y una ventana. El aire acondicionado se instalará en cada cuarto (este incluso) con el comienzo del año escolar (septiembre) así que para los meses más calientes cada cuarto tendrá su propio aire acondicionado. El precio es de 240€ al mes, más 240€ de fianza que se devolverá a final de junio si está todo bien. Como gastos extras tenemos el gas y la electricidad (no tienen precios fijos, varían a según de la cantidad que utilicemos). Además, habrá que poner el wifi y dividir el precio entre los 4.
El piso está en una zona bien conectada con el resto de la ciudad. Hay una metro, una parada de autobuses, una farmacia, varios supermercado y también aparcamientos de patinetes, scooters y bicicletas.
