Hey! I would like to subrent my room from the 1. of July until the 9. September. However we can both agree to extend the rent until the 15. of January (so for almost 7 months total)☺️The adresse is Tongerseweg 106 (that's by bike only 3min away to the SBE and 4 min to the city centre). The whole house is freshly renovated so you would share a beautiful kitchen and one bathroom (equipped with a shower, sink and toilet) and one additional room with a toilet and sink a garden and a basement with 4 other lovely girl. We also have a lot of luxury items such as a big garden, a washing machine, a dryer ,a dish washer, and a huge refrigerator, a fridge with wine holders and a cleaning lady who cleans the common areas. There is a little front garden to store your bike in front of the house or in the garden behind the bike. The room is very cozy and you would have 2 very huge build in closets. The rent for this room is 430€ plus 50€ for the use of the furniture each month, so 480€ all charges included (internet, gas, etc...). Deposit is 800€ which you will get back when nothing was destroyed.


You will be preferred if you are interested in staying there from July till September after that period we can dicuss if you would like to extend the contract.
