Room free for sub rent (only girls, sry)


Hey everyone!


I am going on an exchange and would therefore sublet my room (furnished) from the beginning of August until the end of January at Emmaplein. The rent per month is 430 EUR (all incl.).


The room is directly looked at Koningin Emmaplein very centrally located, close to Brusselseport mall, Vrijthof and an Aldi close by.


Zuyd hogeschool and Fasos are 2min by bike and SBE, ICL are 5 min by bike. You would share the apartment with 3 more girls. In addition to that, we have 2 wonderful balconies, one with a view of the Frontenpark and the other of the beautiful church and the roundabout. There is also a spacious living room which you can fully use during the day to study and transform into a dancefloor during the night.


Every 2 weeks a cleaning lady cleans the bathroom, kitchen and the hallway.


I would appreciate it if you would take care of my plants during the sublet period, but can be discussed of course!
